- Confidentiality and access controls for customer data
- Security measures and subprocessor requirements
- Data subject request assistance obligations
- Data breach notification procedures and timelines
- Data retention and deletion on contract termination
- International data transfer mechanisms, where applicable
Subprocessors
The current subprocessor list for Formkove is set out in our Privacy Policy. All subprocessors are bound by appropriate data processing terms.
When we add or replace subprocessors, we update this list in the Privacy Policy.
