Do I need a credit card to get started?
No credit card is required to sign up. The Free plan is 100% free, forever, allowing you to build side projects, test MVPs, and run basic forms at zero cost.
What happens when I hit my monthly submission limit?
When you reach your monthly limit, we notify you immediately. On the Free plan, submissions are paused until the next calendar month begins, or you upgrade. On paid plans (Pro and Agency), we offer soft limits and won't cut off your submissions without warning.
How does the AI classification feature work?
On Pro and Agency plans, Formkove uses AI to analyze the content of incoming form submissions. You can define custom tags (such as 'Sales', 'Feedback', or 'Support'), and the AI will automatically tag the submissions, score their spam risk, and analyze sentiment.
Can I use Formkove on client websites?
Yes! Our Agency plan is designed specifically for this. It allows you to create separate workspaces for each client and invite them as collaborators with role-based access.
Do you support AJAX/fetch and custom redirect URLs?
Yes. By default, Formkove handles standard form submissions and redirects users to a thank-you page. You can configure custom redirect URLs in your dashboard, or submit forms asynchronously using AJAX/Fetch and handle the JSON response directly in your frontend.
What spam protection tools do you offer?
All plans include smart honeypot detection. We also support Cloudflare Turnstile integration (BYOK) on all plans, and advanced AI-powered spam scoring on Pro and Agency plans to filter out spam before notifications reach you.
Can I export my submission data?
Yes, you own your data. You can export form submissions as CSV files from your dashboard at any time. Pro and Agency plans also support Slack alerts, Discord webhooks, and custom webhooks to stream submissions to other apps in real time.
